Olivier Tabatoni's interview on executive education Executive Education allows executives to develop and hone their skills through classroom experience, interaction with faculty and their research, and the peer-to-peer relationships developing both inside and outside the classroom.

Beyond teaching, faculty has the essential role of designing and facilitating the learning process to help participants transferring classroom concepts to their own day-to-day situation.

The role of Executive Education is to stimulate participants for them to come up with new prisms, new questionings and ultimately new ways of doing business.

Executive Education should be a mindset-changing experience. Faculty should foster questioning more than providing answers, use metaphors to change representations and constantly relate to the outside world to anchor best practices.

Participants should be emotionally involved for them to engage into the learning process. We believe Executive Education is about “entertraining” not concept delivering.
